a. Ticket System (Discord OAuth)
When using the ticket system, we collect information provided through Discord, including:
Discord User ID
Username and display name
Avatar, banner, and profile information
Other basic profile information provided by Discord
Ticket messages and attachments
Dates, times, and ticket metadata
This information is collected through Discord OAuth and user activity within tickets.
b. Verification System (Discord + Roblox OAuth)
When using verification features, we collect information through authentication systems provided by Discord and Roblox.
Discord Data (Verification)
Through Discord OAuth, we may collect:
Discord User ID
Username and display name
Avatar, banner, and profile information
Other basic profile information provided by Discord
Roblox Data (Verification)
Through Roblox OAuth (including scopes such as openid and profile), we may collect:
Roblox User ID
Username and display name
Avatar and profile information
Basic account profile data provided by Roblox
We only collect information made available through these scopes and necessary for verification and system functionality.
If permissions or scopes are expanded in future updates, this Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect those changes.
c. Bot Interaction Data (Discord Systems)
When interacting with our automated systems and bots, we may collect and process additional information, including:
Messages sent in bot-related channels (e.g., counting, QOTD threads, suggestions)
Responses to automated prompts or questions
Votes, poll selections, and reactions
Command usage (including command names, timestamps, and metadata)
Suggestions, feedback, and form submissions
Participation in training, deployment, or recruitment systems
System-generated logs related to user interactions
This information is used to:
Operate and maintain bot functionality
Provide interactive features and automated responses
Track participation and engagement
Support moderation, auditing, and enforcement
Improve system performance and user experience
3. How We Collect Information
We collect information through:
User activity within tickets, messages, and system interactions
The transcript generation system
Automated systems and bot interactions (including commands, responses, suggestions, polls, and other interactive features)
Authentication systems provided by:
Discord
Roblox
Automated systems and bot interactions, including user-triggered commands, generated prompts, and participation in interactive features such as suggestions, polls, and threads
4. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
Provide support and respond to requests
Verify user identity and account status
Manage roles, permissions, and access
Maintain ticket history and records
Enforce rules and Terms of Service
Protect system integrity and community safety
We do not sell user data or use it for advertising.
You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide is accurate and up to date.
5. Service Interaction Data (Operational Services)
When interacting with our operational or roleplay-based services (including protection, escort, or contract-based services within supported platforms such as Roblox), we may collect additional information necessary to provide those services.
This may include:
Requested service details (service type, package, duration)
In-game locations or meeting points
Preferred vehicle or equipment selections
Scheduling and timing information
Communication logs related to service coordination
Form submissions, including contract agreements and selections
This information is used strictly for:
Coordinating and delivering requested services
Assigning appropriate personnel
Maintaining operational records
Ensuring safety, moderation, and compliance
This information is not used for advertising and is not sold.
6. Who Can Access Your Data
Access to information is restricted as follows:
Ticket and Transcript Data
The User who opened the ticket
Authorized staff members
Administrators
Server members specifically granted access to a ticket
Access to transcripts, logs, and related records may continue even after verification data has been removed, where such records are retained for moderation, security, or operational purposes.
Verification Data
The User who completed verification
Authorized staff members
Administrators
Verification data is not publicly available.
Information you choose to share in public channels, threads, or community features may be visible to other users based on platform permissions and is not considered private.
7. Data Storage and Retention
Data may be stored:
In secure databases
Within platform systems (including Discord logs)
As part of transcripts and system records
Data may be retained as long as necessary for:
Moderation and enforcement
Verification systems
System functionality and history
We may delete certain data at our discretion, except where retention is required for moderation, security, or operational purposes.
Service Records
Information submitted through service agreements, forms, or operational requests may be stored as part of internal records and may be retained for:
Operational tracking
Moderation and dispute resolution
Safety and compliance
These records may be retained indefinitely at the Company’s discretion.
Verification, unlinking, data deletion, and account update events may be retained in logs, notifications, audit records, or system history even if active verification data is removed.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell user data.
We may share information only when necessary:
With Discord and Roblox as part of normal operation
With hosting or infrastructure providers required to operate the Services
When required for legal, safety, or security purposes
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect stored information and restrict access to authorized individuals.
However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data.
Users should not share transcript links, verification details, or sensitive information with unauthorized individuals.
10. Legal Compliance and Law Enforcement
We may access, preserve, or disclose information, including user data, tickets, transcripts, and verification information, if required to do so by law or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to:
Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests
Enforce our Terms of Service
Detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues
Protect the rights, safety, or property of Users, staff, or others
11. Data Requests, Unlinking, and Removal
Users may request access to, review of, or removal of certain data associated with their use of the Services.
Where available, verification-related data may be removed through system features (such as a “Remove Verification Data” option) or by contacting authorized staff.
Data removal does not retroactively alter or remove previously generated system outputs, including notifications, embeds, logs, or transcript records.
Verification Data Removal
Removing verification data will delete active verification records stored within our verification systems, including:
• Linked Discord and Roblox account data
• Stored profile data
• Verification status and associated records
• Previous verification snapshots
• Active website session data associated with verification
Data removal applies only to actively stored verification data and does not apply to historical logs, transcripts, previously generated system outputs, or platform-level records.
Accordingly, certain information may continue to exist in system logs, audit records, bot notifications, staff logs (including Discord messages or embeds), transcripts, backups, or platform systems (such as Discord or Roblox) even after verification data has been removed.
Transcript and Ticket Data
Ticket messages, transcripts, and related records are maintained as part of the Services for moderation, record-keeping, security, and operational purposes.
Removal of transcript or ticket data is not generally available.
Such data:
• May be retained indefinitely
• May remain stored within transcript systems and Discord
• May exist in exported transcript files, logs, or backups
• May be accessible to authorized staff where applicable
Transcript and ticket data may only be removed, modified, or restricted at the Company’s sole discretion, including for moderation, legal, or operational reasons.
Unlinking and Account Changes
Unlinking a Roblox account removes the active account link from the verification system.
However, unlinking does not remove:
• Historical records
• Staff logs or audit logs
• Prior verification data snapshots
• Previously generated notifications or embeds
If a user updates or changes linked account information, the system may generate notifications that include both previous and updated account data for moderation, auditing, and security purposes.
System Logs, Notifications, and Retained Data
Even after verification data is removed, some information may continue to exist in:
• System logs and audit records
• Bot event logs and notification systems
• Staff logs or Discord messages (including embeds)
• Transcripts and ticket records
• Backups and archived systems
• Platform systems operated by Discord or Roblox
This retained data is used for moderation, security, auditing, and operational integrity.
Staff-Requested Deletion
Authorized staff may process or assist with data removal requests.
However, deletion may be limited where retention is necessary for:
• Moderation or enforcement
• Security and fraud prevention
• Legal compliance
• Operational or system integrity
• Backups and audit records
12. Cookies and Tracking
The Services may use:
• Basic session cookies for authentication and login
These cookies are used only to maintain sessions and ensure proper functionality of the Services.
We do not use:
• Advertising cookies
• Analytics tracking systems
13. IP Addresses and Technical Data
We may collect certain technical information automatically when you access or use the Services.
This may include:
IP address
Browser type and version
Device type and operating system
Connection and request metadata (such as timestamps and access logs)

14. Direct Messages and Notifications
We may send or process direct messages (DMs) through automated systems or staff for purposes such as:
Verification and account linking
Application or recruitment processes
Support communication
System alerts or updates
Moderation or enforcement actions
These messages may be logged and stored as part of system records for operational, moderation, and security purposes.
Notifications related to verification, unlinking, account changes, or data removal may include current or previous account information and may be retained as part of staff logs, bot logs, or Discord message history.
15. No Affiliation
The Services, including all operational or roleplay-based services, are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by:
Roblox
Discord
Any vehicle manufacturers, gear manufacturers, clothing manufacturers, camouflage pattern owners, or other external brands or rights holders
All names, trademarks, brands, attire styles, camouflage pattern names, color designations, and other references are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes and do not imply any affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, ownership, or authorization.
This includes, but is not limited to, references to attire styles, camouflage patterns, and color designations such as MultiCam®, AOR1, Ranger Green, Coyote Brown, tactical black, formal wear, and smart casual, which are used solely to describe general appearance and do not imply ownership, affiliation, endorsement, or authorization.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time.
Continued use of the Services indicates your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
