Our Dress Codes

This Agreement is entered into between Strategic Operations Unit: Lancer (also referred to as "SOUL" or "S.O.U.L." and hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the undersigned ("Client") for private security services.

For the purposes of this Agreement, "Contractor" shall refer to any personnel, operator, or representative engaged, assigned, or authorized by the Company to perform services on its behalf. The terms "we", "us", and "our" shall refer to the Company.

1. Services

The Contractor provides protective presence, escorting, monitoring, and movement guidance. Services do not include law-enforcement authority or emergency response.

Due to age-based communication restrictions imposed by Roblox, the Contractor will use reasonable efforts to assign personnel capable of communicating with the Client. While it is anticipated that such personnel will generally be available, no guarantee is made, and availability may vary depending on the Client's age group classification.

The Client may select preferred vehicles and Contractor attire as outlined in Section 11.

Service tiers and package details are outlined in Section 2.

2. Service Packages and Definitions

The Company offers the following service tiers, each provided per Protection Period ("PP"):

A. Unarmed Security

Provides a visible protective presence, escorting, and monitoring without the use of in-game weapons. Focuses on deterrence, guidance, and general safety support.

B. Armed Security

Includes all features of Unarmed Security, with the addition of in-game defensive capability where permitted by the game environment. Intended for higher-risk scenarios requiring increased protection.

C. Executive Protection (EP)

Provides close protection services with increased coordination, route planning, movement control, and dedicated attention to the Client's safety. Includes prioritized positioning and enhanced operational awareness.

D. VIP Protection Package

A premium version of Executive Protection that includes all EP features, along with additional benefits such as coverage of in-game expenses where applicable, including but not limited to tolls, parking fees, entry fees, fuel, access passes, and other operational costs. This package may also include supplementary amenities such as refreshments (e.g., snacks, food and drinks) where applicable within the game environment.

E. Verified VIP Status

Clients who hold VIP role within the Company's official Discord server may receive additional benefits, including:

• Priority scheduling and queue placement
• Eligibility for exclusive packages or discounts
• Access to enhanced service coordination

Verified VIP status requires active membership in the Company's Discord server and successful verification as determined by the Company. The Company reserves the right to modify, or revoke Verified VIP status at its discretion.

Covered expenses are limited to reasonable in-game costs directly related to the provision of services, as determined by the Company.

3. Legal Compliance

A. The Client must comply with all applicable laws and venue rules.

B. The Client may not request or expect the Contractor to ignore, support, or participate in unlawful activity. Services will be terminated immediately if criminal activity occurs. All services are provided exclusively within games on the online platform Roblox, operated by Roblox Corporation, and do not constitute real-world services. Communication between the Client and Contractor may occur through in-game communication systems on Roblox, including chat, party chat, and other communication features, or through external platforms, including Discord, operated by Discord Inc., subject to availability and platform restrictions. The Client must be at least 13 years of age to access and use the Company's services and must also comply with the minimum age requirements of any communication platforms used, including Discord, as well as applicable platform policies.

C. The Client also agrees to comply with all applicable terms of service and community guidelines, including those of Roblox, Discord, the specific game in which services are provided, and any private server(s)'s Discord server and In-game server rules if used. The Client further agrees to comply with the Company's own terms, rules, and policies at all times.

D. The Company shall not be liable for any misconduct or resulting penalties arising from the Client's failure to comply with these terms. The Client's services will also be terminated by our Company.

4. Safety Instructions

During any safety concern or elevated risk, the Client agrees to follow the Contractor's reasonable directions. Failure to do so may result in immediate termination of services.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client must provide accurate scheduling, avoid unnecessary risk, follow safety guidance, and not interfere with security operations.

6. Payment

Rates are charged per Protection Period ("PP"), where one Protection Period is equivalent to one in-game day within the games on Roblox. Rates are as follows: $1,500 for Unarmed Security, $2,000 for Armed Security, $2,300 for Executive Protection, and $2,500 for VIP Package. Payment method (will be paid via in-game currency transfer) and timing will be arranged with the Contractor. Verified VIPs in our Discord server will get a special protection package called "VIP Protection" and will receive extra perks and may be eligible to receive a 30% discount from us. Extra surcharges may occur depending on the package, and additional services you may use.

7. No Refund Policy

All payments made to the Company are final and non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or reimbursements will be issued once services have been scheduled, initiated, or completed, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to Client cancellation, dissatisfaction, or inability to use the service.

The Company reserves the sole and absolute discretion to offer rescheduling or alternative accommodations in lieu of a refund, without obligation.

In cases where services are terminated due to violations of this Agreement, no refunds will be issued.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain discretion regarding schedules, personal information, and operational details, except when required by law.

9. Liability

The Contractor shall not be liable for actions of third parties, including the Client or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Security reduces risk but cannot eliminate it. The Contractor does not guarantee complete safety or prevention of all risks.

10. Termination

Either party may end this Agreement at any time. The Contractor may terminate immediately for safety issues, unlawful conduct, or refusal to follow instructions.

11. Clothing and Vehicle Selections

The Client may indicate preferences for contractor attire and vehicle selection from the available options listed below. While the Contractor will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such preferences, availability cannot be guaranteed. Primary contractors will prioritize fulfilling these selections where feasible; however, additional personnel may have limited ability to accommodate specific requests. The Contractor reserves the right to make final determinations based on operational requirements and availability.

Transport vehicles utilized in the performance of services are considered part of the operational service and are included where applicable.

Amount of convoy vehicles will be determined through the number of Contractors that are on, and their roles. Vehicle numbers may change where the operational requirements, or the situation deems it.

All of the vehicles in our fleet have been enhanced with:

• Airless tires.
• Weapons racks.
• Ballistic plated engine.
• Ballistic plated vehicle body.
• Ballistic glass.
• Fire suppression systems.
• Offline GPS.
• Improved suspension.
• Rear and front tow hooks.
• Fire extinguisher.
• Thermal cameras.
• Improved fog lights.
• MOLLE Mounting systems.
• Spare tires.
• All terrain tires.
• Engine immobilizers.
• Live feed of ATAK.
• Mini fridges.
• Advanced climate control systems (air conditioning and heating).
• Emergency tents/blankets.
• Water tanks.
• Snacks and drinks bar.
• Tablet that can be used to browse the internet, watch films, videos, et cetera. Can also be used to control the vehicle's lighting and air conditioning.
• Automatic rear passenger doors, automatic trunk.
• Camping and outdoor gear.
• Client's luggage storage.

Equipment and features listed are subject to availability and may vary depending on operational conditions.

12. Platform Disclaimer

The Company is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer, gear manufacturer, clothing manufacturer, camouflage pattern owner, Roblox Corporation, Discord Inc., Emergency Response: Liberty County, Police Roleplay Community, or any games, developers, or communities on the Roblox platform.

All names, trademarks, brands, attire styles, camouflage pattern names, color designations, and other references are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes only and do not imply any affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, ownership, or authorization.

This includes, but is not limited to, references to attire styles, camouflage patterns, and color designations such as MultiCam®, AOR1, Ranger Green, Coyote Brown, tactical black, formal wear, and smart casual, which are used solely to describe general appearance and do not imply ownership, affiliation, endorsement, or authorization.

13. Acknowledgment

By signing, the Client acknowledges that they are at least 13 years of age and agree to all terms of this Agreement.

The Client further agrees that submitted information, including date, signature, and other items will be securely stored for verification, moderation, and record-keeping purposes, with access restricted to authorized personnel only.
