Strategic Operations Unit: Lancer (S.O.U.L. / SOUL)

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of services operated by Strategic Operations Unit: Lancer, also known as S.O.U.L. or SOUL (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By opening a ticket, using the ticket system, accessing the transcript website, or using any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to follow these Terms.
The Services are intended only for users aged thirteen (13) and older.
If you do not meet this requirement or do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
For information regarding how your data is handled, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
2. Purpose of the System
The Services are provided for the following purposes:
• Requesting support
• Reporting issues
• Communicating with authorized staff
• Reviewing previous support communications (transcripts)
• Verifying user identity through Discord and Roblox systems
The Services are not intended for harassment, trolling, abuse, or misuse of any system.
3. Access & Eligibility
Ticket and Transcript Access
Access to tickets and transcripts is limited to:
• The ticket opener
• Authorized staff members
• Administrators
• Server members specifically granted access to a ticket
Verification Features
Verification features are generally available to Users of the Services unless restricted.
However, access to verification information is limited to:
• The User who completed verification
• Authorized staff members
• Administrators
The Services rely on third-party platforms, including Discord and Roblox. We are not responsible for the availability, security, functionality, or actions of these platforms.
Platform Usage and Age Requirement
The Services operate in connection with third-party platforms, including:
• Discord
• Roblox
Use of the Services is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 13 years old.
By using the Services, you confirm that:
You meet the minimum age requirement of 13; and
You are permitted to use Discord and Roblox under their respective terms.
If you are below the age required to enter into a legally binding agreement under applicable laws, you may only use the Services with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
If we reasonably believe a User does not meet these requirements, we may:
• Restrict or revoke access
• Remove verification status
• Delete associated data
• Terminate use of the Services
Local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction may impose different age requirements or restrictions.
By using the Services, you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws in your country or region.
If local laws require a higher minimum age or additional permissions, those requirements take precedence over the minimum age stated in these Terms.
4. Verification System
Where applicable, the Services may include account verification through Discord and Roblox systems.
By using verification features, you agree that:
• You will only use accounts that you own or are authorized to use
• You will not attempt to bypass, falsify, or manipulate verification systems
• Verification status may affect access to roles, permissions, or services
We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke verification at our discretion.
5. User Content and Rights
When you submit, upload, or send any content through the Services (including messages, tickets, transcripts, suggestions, responses, or other interactions), you retain ownership of your content.
By providing content, you grant Strategic Operations Unit: Lancer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
Store, process, and display your content within the Services
Use your content to operate and maintain system features (including tickets, transcripts, verification, training, and logging systems)
Review, moderate, and manage content for safety, enforcement, and operational purposes
Generate system outputs or responses based on your interactions, including through automated systems
This license is granted solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Services and does not transfer ownership of your content.
Content Visibility and Access
Depending on how the Services are used, your content may be visible to:
Authorized staff members
Administrators
Other users with permitted access (such as shared tickets, channels, or system features)
You acknowledge that content shared within platform-based environments (such as Discord channels or threads) may be visible to others in accordance with platform permissions.
Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for the content you provide.
You agree not to submit content that:
Violates applicable laws or platform rules
Contains malicious files, harmful links, or abusive or harmful material
Attempts to exploit, disrupt, or interfere with system functionality
We reserve the right to remove, restrict, or take action on content that violates these Terms or poses a risk to the Services or users.
Content submitted through the Services may be retained as part of system records, logs, and transcripts for operational, moderation, and security purposes.
Content may continue to exist in logs, transcripts, backups, or previously generated system outputs even after deletion or removal requests.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
• Share confidential ticket or transcript links
• Share verification-related information improperly
• Attempt to bypass permissions or security measures
• Impersonate staff or other users
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Exploit or misuse any part of the Services
• You agree to comply with all applicable rules, policies, and Terms of Service of Discord and Roblox when using the Services.
Violation may result in:
• Ticket closure
• Transcript removal
• Revocation of verification
• Restriction or termination of access
We may monitor and limit usage of automated systems, commands, or features to prevent abuse, spam, or disruption of the Services.
7. Availability
The Services are provided “as-is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
• Continuous uptime
• Preservation of tickets or transcripts
• Accuracy or completeness of information
• Uninterrupted service
Services may be modified, limited, or removed at any time.
Certain features, including automated systems and bot functionality, may be modified, added, or removed at any time without notice.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to:
• Suspend or terminate access to the Services
• Delete or retain tickets, transcripts, or stored data at our discretion, including where retention is required for moderation, security, operational, or legal purposes
• Revoke verification or permissions
• Restrict system usage
These actions may be taken at our discretion, especially for misuse, abuse, or security concerns.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Strategic Operations Unit: Lancer shall not be responsible for:
• Loss of messages, tickets, or transcripts
• Unauthorized sharing of screenshots or links
• Incorrect or failed verification results
• Any damages resulting from the use of the Services
Use of the Services is at your own discretion and risk.
10. No Affiliation
The Services, including all roleplay-based operations, service offerings, and related content, are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by:
Roblox
Discord
Any vehicle manufacturers, gear manufacturers, clothing manufacturers, camouflage pattern owners, or other external brands or rights holders
All names, trademarks, brands, attire styles, camouflage pattern names, color designations, and other references are used strictly for identification and descriptive purposes only and do not imply any affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, ownership, or authorization.
This includes, but is not limited to, references to attire styles, camouflage patterns, and color designations such as MultiCam®, AOR1, Ranger Green, Coyote Brown, tactical black, formal wear, and smart casual, which are used solely to describe general appearance and do not imply ownership, affiliation, endorsement, or authorization.
Use of third-party platforms (including Roblox and Discord) is solely for functionality and does not establish any partnership or relationship with those entities.
11. Legal Compliance and Law Enforcement
We may access, preserve, or disclose information related to the Services, including user data, tickets, transcripts, and verification information, if required to do so by law or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to:
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests
• Enforce these Terms
• Detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues
• Protect the rights, safety, or property of Users, staff, or others
12. Nature of Services (Roleplay & Platform-Based Services)
All services provided by Strategic Operations Unit: Lancer are:
Conducted exclusively within supported platforms (such as Roblox)
Roleplay-based and virtual in nature
Not real-world security, military, or law enforcement services
By using the Services, you acknowledge that:
No real-world protection, enforcement, or emergency response is provided
All actions occur within the limitations of the platform environment
Services are subject to platform rules, restrictions, and technical limitations
13. Service Agreements and Packages
Certain services may require submission of a contract or agreement form.
By submitting a service agreement, you acknowledge that:
You are requesting a service within the platform environment
Service details (packages, protection levels, equipment, etc.) are descriptive and may vary
Services are subject to availability, staffing, and operational limitations
The Company may modify, deny, or terminate services at its discretion
Service descriptions (including armed/unarmed, executive protection, or VIP services) are roleplay representations and do not reflect real-world capabilities.
14. Client Responsibilities
When requesting or using services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Follow instructions given by assigned personnel
Avoid unnecessary risk or disruptive behavior
Comply with all platform rules (Roblox, Discord, etc.)
Failure to comply may result in:
Immediate termination of services
Loss of access
Denial of future services
15. Payments and In-Platform Transactions
If services involve in-platform currency or transactions:
All pricing is virtual and platform-based
Payments are final unless otherwise stated
No real-world monetary guarantees are provided unless explicitly stated
We are not responsible for:
Platform-related transaction issues
Loss of in-game currency
Changes made by the platform provider
16. Limitation of Service Outcomes
We do not guarantee:
Safety within the game environment
Successful outcomes of any operation
Protection from other users or game mechanics
All services are provided as best-effort roleplay experiences.
17. Bot Features and Automated Systems
The Services may include automated systems and Discord bots that provide additional functionality, including but not limited to:
Counting systems and activity tracking channels
Question of the Day (QOTD) systems, including threaded responses
Suggestion systems and feedback submissions
Polls and voting systems
Welcomer and onboarding systems
Training, deployment, recruitment, and contractor-related commands and panels
Logging systems, embeds, and administrative tools
Other automated commands and features as shown within the platform
By interacting with these systems, you acknowledge that:
Your interactions (messages, responses, votes, suggestions, and command usage) may be recorded and processed
Automated systems may generate content, prompts, or questions without manual review
Some actions may be logged for moderation, auditing, or operational purposes
Access to certain features may be restricted based on roles, permissions, or staff discretion
We reserve the right to modify, disable, or restrict any bot feature at any time.
Certain automated systems may generate staff-visible logs or notifications when users verify, unlink accounts, update linked accounts, or remove verification data. These logs may include current or previous account information and may be retained for moderation, auditing, security, and operational purposes.
Certain features, including automated systems and bot functionality, may be modified, added, or removed at any time without notice.
18. Direct Messaging and Notifications
We may contact you through automated systems or staff via direct messages (DMs) on supported platforms (such as Discord) for purposes including:
Verification or account-related actions
Support responses or follow-ups
Application, recruitment, or training updates
Moderation or enforcement actions
System notifications or important updates
By using the Services, you consent to receiving such communications where relevant to your use of the Services.
You are responsible for managing your platform privacy settings if you wish to limit direct messages.
19. Automated System Disclaimer
Automated systems may operate without human review at all times. Any content, responses, or actions generated by such systems do not constitute official decisions, approvals, or actions unless explicitly confirmed by an authorized staff member.
20. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated or modified at any time.
Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
